Due to other time-sensitive issues related to planning our upcoming season, refund requests submitted after April 11, 2008, will not receive a response from an LVF&C Board Member. Our volunteers have numerous tasks to accomplish prior to August and need to devote their available time to handling those issues. Please note that our refund deadline expired on April 11, 2008. All registrants signed their registration form and the following text was in bold print and outlined:

I have read and understand Lenape Valley’s refund policy (deadline of 4/11/08). I understand Lenape Valley’s paperwork requirements and agree to submit the required paperwork prior to receiving any equipment and prior to my child participating in any practices.

The refund policy is also outlined on the front page of the parent guide that was handed out at registration.
